Returning Student Registration Form
The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

10 duo tangs (2 yellow, 2 red, 2 blue, 2 green, 2 black)

2 pocket folders

1 30cm ruler

3 packages sharpened pencils (no mechanical pencils please)

3 white erasers

3 large glue sticks

1 pair of scissors

1 package of coloured pencils 

1 package of crayons

1 package of markers 

1 pencil case/pencil box (helps with organizing supplies)

1 pair of headphones

1 pair of indoor sneakers

1 leak proof water bottle 

1 package of looseleaf paper

3 boxes of facial tissues (Kleenex)
